Description - Hole 13

The first instinct for long-hitters when playing #13 is to pull out the driver and go for broke, but that often leads to bogey instead of birdie or par. The hole doglegs severely to the right and tall pine trees guard the green from the tee box. A safe play on this short Par 4 is to hit a tee shot to the center of the generous fairway and then hit a short iron into the green. The narrow, oval- shaped green has a false-front and slopes significantly from back to front and somewhat left to right. The easiest Par 4 on the course can result in fun birdies but don’t be surprised by bogeys, depending upon where the hole is cut.
